Connecting physical objects with digital experiences by John Boucard

Having been involved in creating many kinds of technology platforms that link and associate physical objects with digital experiences, I have been considering lately how to further aggregate and easily serve unique content with products and objects that the consumer may already have in their home or play room.

I was thinking about the wealth of digital content that encircles brands and even specific products under these brands.

Imagine being able to activate and continue to receive "digital toys" or highly crafted experiences around toys or objects that you use to create a product or play with daily.

With an embedded vision recognition module that could easily be accessed users, relevant digital content could be activated to inspire children and even parents to further interact with the brand.

I think it's a big idea and I call it Pixel Search.
